|Returns/Refund Policy Overview
You may return new, un-installed items (except un-returnable items) sold and fulfilled by OnScene Solutions within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
Please call 970-461-8731 or email email@example.com and we will guide you through the process. Items returned without a valid RGA# with be refused – NO EXCEPTIONS.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Items That Are Not Returnable
Aluminum Cargo Slides – Due to the fact that all of our cargo slide products are custom made to the customers requested specifications, these items are non-returnable.
Aluminum Rub Rail – Due to all rub rail products being custom built to the customers specifications, these items are non-returnable.
All non-custom purchased items will be shipped via Fed Ex ground, Air or Freight usually within three business days. Special order items that are manufactured to the customers specific dimensions usually ship within three weeks from the date of order. Holiday's and special request products may extend shipping/delivery times.
Privacy and Data Security
At On Scene Solutions your right to privacy and data security is a primary concern. On Scene Solutions only asks for "necessary" types of personal information when you:
1. Request a catalog
2. Place an order
3. Place an Information Request
4. Request e-mail notification of your order status
5. Subscribe to a newsletter or a mailing list
In each of the instances above, we may ask for your name, e-mail address, phone number, address, customer preference information, as well as other similar personal information that is needed to register or subscribe you to services or offers. In the case of newsletters or mailing lists, you will be able to "unsubscribe" to these mailings at any time.
We do not store customer financial information and we do not sell our customer contact information. All data is kept confidential and to be used by On Scene Solutions only.
